I am so disappointed with my first (and last) purchase. #1 my order took about 2 weeks to arrive. #2 Beautiful hair color, easy to install, but full stop here: the tangles made this the worst hair ever! The curly ends are rough, lost shape, and tangled so easily. I was cutting everyday. I wore my satin long scarf every night. I brought similar hair from an Amazon vendor and I had NO issues. So, I am ordering from that vendor again. Toyotress, I was so hopeful and excited but I don't have money to waste.
