We repeatedly washed the hair before leaving the factory. Since everyone has different scalp sensitivity, if you have a sensitive reaction, please soak your hair into ACV before wearing it.
I did not have any issues with Toyotress hair until I installed the Goddess Locs in 14 inches, color 1B. Initially, everything looked fine, but I suspect the problem may be because the hair is synthetic. After some time, I noticed that the curly ends began to tangle and ball up. I've been trimming off the tangled ends as they occur, but I've only had the installation for two weeks.
I love this hair.
