RETURN & REFUND

At toyotress.com, we hope that you’ll love the hair and loudly exclaim ‘Wow!’ when you receive your order. However, we understand that there will be some unique circumstances in which an order needs to be returned or exchanged.(Please refer to our Special Restrictions Section for return exclusions).

Therefore we’ve streamlined our return process in order to better facilitate your refund and/or exchange. We will process refunds or exchanges according to the guidelines below.

 Unsuccessful delivery

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other error provided by the buyer, we are unable to take responsibility for any resulting loss. However, please feel free to contact us — we’ll work with you to find a solution and help minimize your loss as much as possible.

  • If the failed delivery was due to our mistake, we will be happy to either send you a replacement package or issue a full refund.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please first contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Many carriers require the recipient (rather than the sender) to make the initial inquiry.

15 Days Replacement for Your Order

  • If you decide to cancel your order after receiving it due to your own selection error, we will need to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund, as this fee has already been paid to the carrier. However, if the cancellation is due to our sending the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you would need to arrange the return shipment yourself. Once you provide us with the tracking number and we receive the returned product, we will promptly send the correct item or issue a full refund along with reimbursement for your return shipping cost.

We don’t accept used hair returning and any claim about not matching description. Besides, if you just don't want the item and want a refund, please also contact us within 15 days and check below return policy.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

• Although each outgoing order is carefully inspected before being sent out, several items that arrive damaged and/or defective we will gladly replace the product or approve the item to be returned for a full refund.

Return Policy

We will process your refund as soon as the parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged, or we receiving your return parcel. The refund normally return to your original payment account, please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

 How To Return

 Repackage your item(s) as received from the manufacturer and please contact us with email admin@toyotress.com. Within 30 days please contact us for shipping information.

 Return Product Eligibility

 www.toyotress.com gladly accepts return of all eligible products.

Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are NOT Eligible for return. 

Eligible Products:

  • In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product). Must have tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Worn or containing any signs of  wear including odor or styling product, Damaged Packaging or Product, Discontinued, Closeout, Last Call items.
  • Ineligible products received by Toyotress will be returned to you at your cost. 

 

NOTE: We suggest a wig cap for use when trying Toyotress Hair on for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments.

Fraud & Theft

CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Return Steps:

Step 1:

Within 15 days after receiving your order, email our Customer Service at admin@toyotress.com. Package your hair securely and leave a note including your name, order number, and a brief note describing the returning reason.

Step 2:

Prepare returned items in secure packaging, including the original order invoice with the Returns section completed.

Step 3:

The ship returned products via an insured or traceable method of shipment to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed shortly. All refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48-72 hours.

Notes: We will not take the return postage(excluding our responsibility) and you need to bear it by yourself.
