Let me just start of by saying that the hair is actually beautiful when you install it, I love that it does not tangle and you can wet, mousse and go. The downside to this hair is that it sheds, sometimes the whole human piece comes out and it does not wash well. There was a lot of tangling and many times after detangling the hair was straight and just looked a mess, I ended up cutting it out. I think it is overpriced for the grade of human hair that was installed. I should not wash the hair and the human pieces are now in knots and tangled and cutting out straight frays that were in big chunks. . And this pack is not enough for an entire head, I had to order 2 more packs and waited weeks to get it before I could install it. By the time I received the 2 extra packs it was time for a reinstall. That is a turn off. So More than likely I would not waste my money purchasing this again. I actually like their synthetic better. In the picture I am attaching I had to wear it half up and down because I had to wait for the other packs to come in. Smh. Disappointed.
